Another project for Lily’s room! I’d love to show you the finished result, but I’m not quite done yet!
I found these daisies at a garage sale for $1 and although they’re cute, they don’t match Lily’s room. I bought them anyway and the more I thought about it, I figured I’d just resell them at my next garage sale and make my money back.
But duh, why not spray paint them? I seriously bought them two months ago, and just this week decided to spray them. I know it’s not just for big people stuff, why didn’t I think of it sooner?!
Two coats of Heirloom White and some detailing with Deco Art paint in the colors of her room (I brought a sample of her fabric with me last time I was at Hobby Lobby) and they didn’t even look like the same daisies…
They look great under the ribbon art/clip storage I made from this post :
and look great in the corner with her little table and chairs:
I love it! One more wall to decorate, a few finishing touches in the closet, and this room is DONE!

Linking to some of these parties!

Those daisies look great. :) Much more toned down. They do look nice with the ribbon storage piece. :)
those look awesome!!! I absolutely love them!
WOW! You have been REALLY busy, huh? I love it and I love the table and chairs there too. We NEED to get over there soon. I NEED to see this stuff in person. Thanks for linking up this week. Bonnie :)
I absolutely LOVE the way those daisies came out! They were so cute in the original colors so I was afraid of you painting them! LOL But then seeing them in "Lily's colors" they look amazing! So much better than the original colors. Good job! -Kristin
I'm a new follower & I'm so excited! I love reading! Thank you:0)
Perfect! They turned out adorable. I'd say that was a pretty awesome garage sale find, thanks to your cleverness.
Look at that little table! The daisies turned out so cute! I love the paint. Great job.
