My favorite holiday tradition is St. Nicholas Day. Not everyone celebrates it so it is fun to teach new people about the tradition. This year I will be introducing my step-daughter and her dad to the tradition. They have never celebrated it (or even heard of it!) so it should be fun!

I love going ornament shopping with my boys...each year they pick out an ornament and we write there name and the year on the bottom. I'll give them all there ornaments when they move from home and get married.. Also,listening to classic Christmas music as we put up the tree...it takes me back to a magical childhood Christmas!

My most favorite tradition is dragging all the xmas crap out after the Thanksgiving meal. Tree, 64 nutcrackers, 34 creches, and a snow village. It's the best feeling to drink hot chocolate, listen to music and bask in the glow of the incandescent mini lights! 🙂
