Amy from kiwi chic created a virtual mood board for our living room color scheme dilemma!
Don’t you LOVE it!??!?
The combination of browns and wood tones, whites, buttery yellow, and beautiful blue that I would have never connected with “warm” until now, makes my heart skip a beat. She even included my new chevron pillows! I’m completely and absolutely smitten. 🙂
You have to click over to her post, Amy also explains the temperatures of the colors and why she picked what she did (and what she didn’t – ahem, turquoise) when working with the tricky color.
I love all of her suggestions for my boring, faded looking room –good bye blah!
And what do you know, I have this fabric I found in my stash, a vintage 70s rattan light fixture from an estate sale, and my curtains started. I can’t wait! Now on the hunt for some buttery *perfect* yellow…
Go check out Amy’s post on our living room, the rest of her lovely blog, and leave a comment telling her how amazing she is! Thank you, Amy – I couldn’t be happier with what you’ve done!!!
