I’ve just about had enough, so today I picked up some peppermint essential oil. I heard that the ants hate it and am planning on dousing my kitchen with a water/peppermint oil mixture.

Let me know it that works.We use Terro, found at home depot or lowes. It attracts them, they eat ALL the liquid and take it back to the nest to kill off everyone.Strategic placement is a must if you have pets and little ones though. But check it out.

Yes, I think Borax is pretty much the only thing that will eventually kill them. Such a pain!

Make a small mixture of about 2 cups warm water and a lot of borax (about 1/2 cup) and spray it around the exterior or your doors and windows. You can also sprinkle it around the base of your foundation. Oh, i have also found that they don't like vinegar either 🙂
