Starfish Terra Cotta Pot

August 9, 2012 |

Hi all!  My name is Angie and I blog over at The Country Chic Cottage.  I am thrilled to be here for Ann Marie's summer event.  I am going to show you how to make a starfish terra cotta pot.  It is super simple and oh so cute!

Grab a terra cotta pot, a starfish, and I used hemp twine but any rope or twine would work.

Did you know that you can literally poke a hole in starfish with a screw driver?  It is so easy and simple!  Poke a few holes.
Then tie on your starfish.  A beachy touch for your plants.  Or add a gift inside for that special someone!

I hope y'all enjoyed that super simple project.  No starfish will be safe now that you know how easy this one is!  Y'all stop by the cottage anytime for a visit!  Thanks Ann Marie for having me!
~Angie~

When I was growing up, my mom had a beach-themed bathroom, but it was more like a starfish and seashell themed bathroom. She had TONS.

I had no idea you could poke a hole through a starfish, that’s brilliant! Thanks for guest posting, Angie! 🙂
