I’d like to make a few announcements....

Do you love glitter? How about ombre? I’m guest posting for my friend Erin over at her blog, DIY on the Cheap! Head on over for a project that combines the magic of glitter and ombre (without being too much).

Last Saturday, I had the pleasure of being interviewed by Tree at Mother of Pearl It Is for her “Supahstah Saturday!” Did you know I was a superstar? I did. But if you’d like to know why and read more, check out the interview. 🙂 She’s got some awesome giveaways going on!

Also, I had so much fun doing our Summer Drink Week series last summer, I wanted to expand it. A whole bunch more. I’ll be hosting a Summer Block Party every weekend in June, July, and August. There will be an AMAZING guest host on Thursday and Friday, and then on Saturday, a themed roundup featuring some of my favorite bloggers.

Guess. What. I will be heading to Haven later on this month! I still can’t believe it’s happening, and I’m kinda nervous. It’s like I’m getting to meet my imaginary friends in real life! Are you going? I’d love to meet up! If not (I’ll miss you), I’ll post plenty of pics.

And last, but certainly not least, our kitchen is done. Our family room will be done by the end of this week. We spent last weekend painting and installing big, thick trim. Stay tune for more pics tomorrow, but here are some teaser pics I posted on facebook and instagram. 🙂
